We know that Concordia Prep School parents lead busy, hectic lives and that work schedules often do not coincide precisely with school dismissal times. Our extended day program (EDP) is here to help you manage that time gap and to give you piece of mind in knowing that your student is being looked after until you can arrive at school.
EDP is available to all Middle School students. Either directly after school, or after your student is finished sports or fine arts practices, they can go to the designated EDP teacher and stay until you arrive by 6PM.
While in EDP, your child will receive a snack, homework assistance, and recreational opportunities in a fun, safe environment. Enrolling your child and opening an account will help you to avoid drop-in rates on those days you are running behind and give you the opportunity to take advantage of the program on the days you choose.
Here is what you need to do:
- Fill out the Enrollment Form.
- Decide how many days for which you would like to pre-pay. Each day costs $7.50 or $37.50 depending on how long your child attends. $100 is a good amount to start.
- Write a check out to Concordia Preparatory School for the amount you have chosen. Please indicate EDP in the memo line.
- Bring the completed form and your check to the school attendance office located in the upper school building.
