Weekly Blog Post from Middle School Principal Mr. Curtis Miller
Happy National Lutheran Schools Week! Each year Lutheran Schools throughout the United States celebrate National Lutheran Schools Week. We thank God for Concordia Preparatory School and its continued success and the focused mission of developing a compassionate Christian community of servant leaders. Concordia Preparatory School joins in celebrating with 1,150 Lutheran early childhood centers, 793 Lutheran elementary school, and 86 Lutheran high schools throughout the world this year with the theme, “It’s still all about Jesus”. Hebrews 13:8 proclaims, “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.” Our world is ever-changing, but in the mist of the constant change, how powerful is it to know our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ does not need to change with the times to be effective, he has, is, and forever will be the one Savior we need.
Yesterday and today and forever. Concordia Preparatory School has been blessed for so many years by outstanding faculty, staff, administration, parents, students, donors, and friends of Concordia Prep. They have poured themselves into this place and have set the foundation and stability for us today. Today we continue to be blessed in so many ways by so many people and my prayer is we as a community of believers and supporters of Concordia Prep continue to lay the foundation for future generations. We know through it all with God at our sides we will be blessed, and He will direct and lead our path.
Are you curious about the talents and abilities of the students who used to walk these halls? Are you curious about the talents and abilities of students who walk our halls? Good news!! Join us Friday, March 9th, for the Saints Fine Arts and Alumni Showcase starting at 7:30 in the gym. Thanks be to God, “It’s still all about Jesus!” Happy National Lutheran Schools Week!
