From Middle School Principal Mr. Curtis Miller
Rejoice in the Lord always, I will say it again: Rejoice! Philippians 4:4.
God is surely in this place and his presence gives us a reason to rejoice. As Homecoming approaches, how amazing it is to see the legacy Concordia Prep has left on the lives of former students, faculty, and staff. God has been the most important part of Concordia Prep’s existence and he has blessed us in so many ways. As stories are shared about experiences young and old, I have confidence one central theme will resonate: rejoicing will be the foundation of all the stories, laughter, remembrance, and celebration.
In my time here at Concordia, one thing that brings me great joy is when students return and speak about how much they enjoyed their time here and especially how much they enjoyed the relationships they built with their teachers and friends in the Concordia Prep community. We have the ultimate example of the perfect relationships shown to us by Jesus Christ. Our joy and rejoicing here at Concordia Prep first comes from what God has done for each and every one of us. We celebrate each other’s accomplishments now and in the past because God has first provided us with the talents to strive for goals and succeed.
Rejoice in the Lord always, I will say it again: Rejoice! Go Saints!
